Key Accountabilities
Assist in thé development, implementaon and maintenance of Loss Prevenon processes which include shrinkage control, cycle count analysis, acon plans design per store and other Conduct invesgaons aer accident occurrence and handle related reporng and correcve follow up Develop specicaons and make recommendaons for the purchase of new or improved safety systems and equipments Monitor compliance with established safety policies, procedures and standards, and the implementaon of accidents prevenon techniques Conduct daily weekly, monthly and random store audits including safety inspecons, as well as communicate Loss Prevenon and security reports/results to Management Analyse departmental accident frequency and severity rates, and prepare periodic status reports and cost analysis on Loss Prevenon programs Verify the correcon of unsafe condions and monitor disciplinary acons which result from safety programs Perform spot checks on stores to monitor schedules and evaluate potenal risks during nonconvenonal working hours such as weekends, evenings, before opening, aer closing, during stock counts and other Coordinate Loss Prevenon related trainings for Store Managers, Cashiers and Sales Associates, and conduct a variety of training classes
