The Azadea Foundation teams up with Lebanese environmental NGO Jouzour Loubnan to plant some 1,500 Cedar saplings at Btida’e Bekaa, in the Deir al Kamar district, helping to restore green cover to an area that had suffered from decades of deforestation. Planting Days serve several goals, including raising awareness of ecological issues, so more are planned for the future.
