Reconstruction Works Begin at Beirut’s René Mouawad Sanayeh Garden

The Azadea Foundation breaks ground on its comprehensive $2.5 million renovation of a neglected public space in the heart of Lebanon’s capital. Efforts focus on preserving existing plant life, planting hundreds of new trees of eight different species, and revitalizing leisure and entertainment facilities, including secure playgrounds, cycling and jogging tracks, reading areas, and a refurbished amphitheater.
