Key Accountabilities
Greet and serve walk-incustomers providing high level service through product knowledge and based onthe set procedures
Process the orders receivedfrom Waiters and set them according to serving standards then ensure they arepresented to customers within the serving timeframe
Receive the daily orders,check the items according to the order specifications, display them in thepresentation fridge and replenish regularly while maintaining hygiene andpresentation standards
Take part in the openingand closing duties in compliance with the norms and internal procedures
Maintain and report allrecords such as; the daily training, taste panels and wastage forms and reportany complaints or operation issues to the Manager
Receive and handle cashpayments including exchange and money transactions while following the setpolicies
Place orders for neededproducts from the Stock Keeper in coordination with the RestaurantManager/Assistant Manager
Receive and prepare takeaway orders making sure they are wrapped according to standards and takespecial orders from customers
Ensure all operationdetails are clearly communicated to the team as part of maintaining a properhandover process detailed in the log book
Ensure a clean environmentby implementing hygiene practices such as “Clean as you go” policy andsanitation of the counter display
