Key Accountabilities
Ensure proper application and implementation of HR policies and achievement/maintenance of high standards of HR practices through providing professional advice and guidance to employees on all HR related issues
Partake in developing the HR strategy in compliance with the overall company’s objectives
Instigate/preserve robust relationships with external agencies/service providers to provide high quality
HR services across the business while promoting externally the image of the company
Prepare management information reports in order to ensure that his/her direct manager has the relevant information needed to support strategic decision-making
Support the continuous HR provision/standards development by contributing to the development and/or implementation of functional/ corporate projects
