Key Accountabilities
Gather and summarize data to prepare reports, schedules, proposals, summaries and letters to
support assigned F&B Procurement activities
Oversee consumables inventory and monitor users’ purchasing habits in order to minimize expenses
and create a set of monitoring controls
Aid in the development of strategies by including spend analysis, market and geographic
considerations and focusing on strategic importance
Understand tracks and forecast the key cost drivers and market factors for assigned commodities
Conduct continuous research to locate potential F&B suppliers and perform review and comparison on
F&B products
